Made from the same Quality Poly Cotton US Made Bleached White Fabric. My tiers come as a pair totaling the same 72β width as the valance. They come in 3 lengths of 24β, 30β and 36β , and are available plain without design or with a matching design on the bottom of the tier. The Valance itself measures 17β from the top hem and 13β from the rod pocket. Measure your window to calculate which size tier you prefer. Machine washable. Fits standard Rod
